Daily Menus

Daily menus will consist of approximately 1800 kilocalories and a balance of foods, 60% carbohydrate, 28% fat, and 12% protein. Each day will also include at least two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables, a protein shake and a multi vitamin.  Six regular feedings will be scheduled, 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm, and 10 pm.  Meat and bread will be limited but in keeping with the twinkie theme, daily consumption of certain "junkfoods" will be included in the diet.
